Shipping Information
As all Mia Chicco jewellery is lovingly handmade, in-stock quantities are limited. Pieces that are in-stock will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days Australia-wide. For international orders, we aim to deliver in-stock pieces within 3 - 4 business days.
If an item is not in-stock it will be made to order within 5 - 10 business days. If you require a piece urgently please email separately to confirm if the item is available for dispatch immediately.
Orders within Australia will be delivered via Express Post for AUD $12, delivered the next business day*. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number via email.
International orders will be posted via Registered Mail at a cost of AUD $40 and should arrive within 3 - 10 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number via email.
We also offer a courier service for our international orders, please do get in touch for more details on delivery times and pricing.
Packages will need to be signed for in-person so please provide a delivery address where you will be present. In the event no-one is available to receive your parcel then a card will be left and you can then arrange to collect your item from your local post office or have it re-delivered when convenient.
Returns
All of Mia Chicco jewellery is handcrafted paying particular attention to quality. Mia hand selects gorgeous gemstones and materials and is proud that colour, size and finish may vary slightly due to the handmade nature, making each individual piece of Mia Chicco jewellery extraordinarily unique.
Due to the fact that majority of pieces are handcrafted to order, refunds for change of mind are not accepted across our Collection and Bespoke pieces.
However, we deeply value customer satisfaction, and will be more than happy to provide an exchange or credit note as long as the unworn item is returned within 14 days in original packaging and condition. Please email mia@miachicco.com and you will receive a prompt reply with instructions. The customer is responsible for safe return shipping and costs. Mia Chicco Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
In the unlikely circumstance that you have purchased an item that has broken in a manner which is deemed to be a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the first six months. We will cover all postage charges, however, the customer is responsible for safe return shipping. Mia Chicco Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If an item has been accidentally damaged or broken and requires repairing, a reasonable fee will be charged and postage both ways will be covered by the customer. Please contact us for more details on our Repairs services and fees.
