Mia Chicco is my favourite jeweller- her pieces are divine, creative and unlike anything else I see. My favourite pieces are my two fingerprint pendants with my babies’ fingerprints. We originally used Mia Chicco to create two custom 18 carat gold pieces that we are exceptionally happy with. A stunning three coloured garnet ring with a champagne pink, a rare green demantoid and pink/purple garnet and we also had her create her asymmetrical chain link women's bracelet in rose gold that is also a sublime piece of jewellery. We loved her work and service so much that we returned again to ask her to create a men's green Australian sapphire ring that turned out stunning. The attention to detail and uniqueness of all three of these pieces are amazing. Mia's style is truly a joy to behold with her rustic beauty. We were met with professionalism and sensitivity as we explained our brief and Mia listened carefully and effectively, making suggestions and focussing our attention on workable styles. In one case it was an original creation, in the other we took inspiration from ready prepared items in stock. As the form of the proposed items emerged Mia helped us with the settings of gems and the texture and finish of our rings. Every detail in the ring was accounted for and the final product is simply exquisite. Mia’s Florentine training shines through in delicate works of gold and precious stones that nod to antiquity while looking up-to-the-minute too. She can rework old stones or find just the right stone for a special commission. 
I was drawn in first by her gold thumbprint charms for a newborn grandchild but now it’s to Mia I turn for the delicate and  exquisite pieces she makes by hand that are so hard to find in the wash of mass-produced products that seem to be everywhere else. It's a little gem of a store. - J.S
