Orders & Shipping
How can I purchase a piece from Mia Chicco?
Orders can be made via our website, in-person at our Studio in Sydney, or via email. Please visit our Contact page for more details.
What payment types do you accept?
Our website accepts all major Credit and Debit Cards. We also offer payment via PayPal and Bank Transfers, which can be facilitated over the phone, via email, or in-person at our studio.
Once a payment has been made via our website, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you are having difficulty making a payment online, please contact us directly and we can facilitate the payment via an alternate method.
Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
We will always do our best to accommodate changes on the condition that the order has not yet been dispatched. If a change is required, we do ask you to contact us as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Will you notify me once my order has been dispatched? And can I track my order?
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, we will email you a dispatch notification, along with a tracking number. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Information page.
Will I be required to sign for the delivery?
Yes. Our delivery partners require a signature upon delivery.
Am I required to pay for any applicable customs duties and taxes?
Customs duties and taxes are not included in our international prices, and may be charged to you by your local customs office.
For local orders, the Australian GST is included in the price.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Please contact us and we would be more than happy to send across our linesheets and terms. To speak to us about becoming a stockist of Mia Chicco jewellery, please contact mia@miachicco.com.
Bespoke Service
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes we do. Our bespoke service is perfect for those who seek a lasting treasure that is truly unique. We work with clients on personal commissions ranging from engagement rings to wedding rings and everything in between.
Our bespoke pieces can also be made using heirlooms and inherited stones to create a beautiful connection between old and new.

Returns
What is your Returns and Exchanges policy?

My piece has broken, what should I do?
In the unlikely circumstance that you have purchased an item that has broken in a manner which is deemed to be a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the first six months.

If an item has been accidentally damaged or broken and requires repairing, a reasonable fee will be charged and postage both ways will be covered by the customer.

Production
What materials do you use?
We are proud to partner with independent suppliers who share a commitment to only working with ethically-sourced materials. We create our pieces using 9 carat and 18 carat white, yellow and rose gold. 14 carat and platinum is also available on request. All of our precious stones are conflict-free and for Bespoke pieces we offer a large selection of certified stones.
We are also proud to support local suppliers through the extensive use of Australian precious gemstones, which are some of the most beautiful in the world.

Every single piece is lovingly handmade in our Sydney studio.
Jewellery Care
How should I care for my Mia Chicco piece of jewellery?
The majority of our pieces are designed for everyday wear, however, there are certain things you can do to ensure your piece will be treasured forever.
For our pieces made with opals and pearls, extra special care is required.
